    Went there in there today placed an order for steeped tea and was told we done have anything for that order. I mentioned I could wait and they said no. I get it's morning Rush but they should have had what I ordered or been willing to brew another pot. Not just say sorry we don't have it. The machine wasn't broken etc. I guess drive through times are more important then customers...robins gets my business from now on.

    Poor and slow service, server didn't explain very well that the items being ordered were not available even though they were still being advertised on the overhead screen.

    Day 1- Rude service from staff, day 2 - 25 mins for breakfast. 4 ppl working. Worst Tims experience ive ever had.

    Sandwich was made wrong the first time, despite few other customers in the store. Informed staff that their garbage outside was full of wasps. They seemed aware and indifferent.
