  Just had some work done on my 2013 Ford Taurus. A very helpful and courteous staff did the work and honored the extended warranty! It was nice not to have to bicker over the warranty issues,.   This trip was prompted by an e-mail to advise me of my FREE annual undercoat treatment. Well, since it was to be my last I wanted a special treatment to get me as far down the road as possible. Stephanie said - what do you want? I then asked about a notice on Paint Shield and a warranty option there. What do you want? Then I wanted to talk about an oil change, Briana handled that - what do you want? I spelled that out. Then I thought this is great - how about a trip to clean the vehicle out from stem to stern at the same time? No problem, all booked! Yesterday Briana called, it was less than 24 hours later - all done! I paid my bill - just one bill - was given my cash discount from the bonuses awarded in the past . A very, very reasonable bill! AND, so I went to the car. Brilliant - just like it came off the assembly line when I bought it at Bruce Ford, it even smelled like a new car! You are all so easy to deal with and your work is outstanding: thank you so very much!
